      Regular layoffs and unpaid downtime; cannot keep steady workflow. Will do their best to not pay you in any way possible. Regularly shorted hours and unpaid overtime. Offensively cheap. Poor upper management. Zero work life balance. Either all work and no life, or all life and no gainful employment. Low pay. Lowest pay for this work in CT.

      High paced environment, Excellent work place to foster skills, Incredible learning experience, Meet a low of new people from a lot of places

      Cons

      Construction industry has very unstable hours, This position can be very high stressed. Be prepared to get yelled at by just about everyone.
