-Benefits are on track with most corporate companies alike. -Opportunities to work on many various and diverse projects -Work is wide open, and they’re up for any ideas that could improve production. -If you are an hourly employee, there is always opportunity for overtime. -Salary and bonus’s are decent for the area, but nothing to brag about.

-There is no chain of command here, and there are way too many “chiefs” -Upper management will pounce on an opportunity to cover their own back by throwing others under the bus. -The US side is a puppet controlled by European operations. -Management expects salaried employees to put in countless overtime and weekends without any repayment. -European management loves to threaten with cancelled PTO or holidays. -Manufacturing schedule is forced by sales making the planner’s work useless. -Turnover is unreal; the good people get fired and the under-performers stick around
