      Good remuneration, benefits, nationwide coverage.

      Cons

      You will be expected to sweat hard for the team. Portfolio performance has been lacklustre but at least you are paid for the signficiant stress and effort.

      Benefits - pension, shares, top notch for training opportunities and getting on in the company - they do listen to and included all levels of staff

      Cons

      Problems with technology, computer has problems in that it’s slow and antiquated systems struggle to keep up. Centrally controlled computer and sometimes difficult to get answers for IT
