Initially when you join them it seems good for couple of weeks to be working from home , thats over with in 2 weeks , nothing else. ...

Bunch of non professional looking to have free work done, Every month 8-10 employees are fired / removed from teams/ whatsapp etc. They make you sign a tricky contract and their useless lawyer will follow-up for every minor query referring to your contract , even this guy attended meetings with technical reviews of the product being on mute . Salaries are paid in installments and delayed upto 2 months and Their manager Ayesha will keep on posting work updates with any reply to salary requests

- Besides having immature wishes and unrealistic ideas , they still seem to be ambitious. - They offer work from home option

- The company has lack of focus (They do not know how to do implementations, they only do lip service) - They do not pay Salary on time (in fact they halt the payments later on) - There is no job security (They fire employees without any reason) - The employees work in isolation and don't know what the other person is doing - They ruin careers of the employees - A lot of employees left this company, there is high turnover
