Extremely Bad Experience with the Company - Senior Software Architect Rapidtack Employee Review

Bunch of non professional looking to have free work done, Every month 8-10 employees are fired / removed from teams/ whatsapp etc. They make you sign a tricky contract and their useless lawyer will follow-up for every minor query referring to your contract , even this guy attended meetings with technical reviews of the product being on mute . Salaries are paid in installments and delayed upto 2 months and Their manager Ayesha will keep on posting work updates with any reply to salary requests

None that I can think of

Horrible ideas with no real research to persue them. Seems to me they want to get work done for free without any sort of understanding and on their own whim rather then doing product market fit. Ideas are copied from other established brands and they will give you completely unrelated tasks. Relatives running the company without any experience and proper structure. Made me work extra days for the time I took off and refused to pay me for it stating it is in their policy ( which it wasn't)
