Great remote experience - HR Leader RapidSeedbox Employee Review

I worked at RapidSeedbox for 2 years (July 2023 – August 2025) as an Executive Assistant, collaborating directly with the leadership team, including Yuli and Eliran. What I appreciated most about the company was the culture of honesty and clear communication — what you see is what you get. I also valued the 100% remote work setup, which provided great flexibility and balance. Overall, I would rate my experience 5 out of 5.

If I could suggest areas for improvement, it would be to place more trust in employees to help them reach their maximum potential, and to further develop performance KPIs that are tied to bonuses, which at the time of my employment were not yet implemented.

Remote flexibility: Working remotely allows for a good work-life balance and flexibility in managing personal responsibilities. Team culture: The team is collaborative, respectful, and always willing to help, which makes projects run efficiently. Clear expectations: Tasks and goals are usually well defined, which makes it easier to stay on track and deliver results.

Fast-paced environment: Deadlines can sometimes be tight, so it requires strong organizational skills and time management.
