Pros
Typical startup roller coaster: great colleagues and impressive enterprise customers for a company of its size.
Cons
Product just wasn't ready in the beginning, a lot of tech debt, but board and engineers were too stubborn to listen to sales and customer feedback. Uniqueness of the product is overrated. After re-org new C level and board failed to understand the assets are the people, not the product.
