Pros
If your a cyclist, the benefits are good, discount on clothing and weds morning rides. Subsidized lunch a few days a week. Most of the people are nice and friendly but it can be cliquey especially if your not a bike rider.
Cons
Pay, hot desking, broken toilets and showers, low diversity, lack of women in leadership roles, poor progression beyond grad level, high workload, redundancies. Favoritism with popular employees getting featured in ad campaigns and taken on photo shoots abroad and leading company meetings.
