      Great perks and discounts especially if you love cycling Some genuinely great people at head office Head office is a very relaxed workplace

      Leadership does not have the acumen to steer the ship in the right direction resulting in terrible performance and job cuts Constant last minute decision making and changing of minds makes it difficult to forward plan effectively

      Low traffic cafe, so there's a lot of down time if you're into that

      Cons

      management is poor. They should learn not to fuss over every little thing. Might save them a few inches on their hairline.
