I’ve been with Rapaport for a little over a year. Having previously worked in the jewelry and diamond industry, it’s genuinely exciting to be part of such an influential, international organization that has served professionals in the trade for more than 50 years. I’ve seen some of the older reviews here, and I honestly can’t relate to them. Whatever issues may have existed in the past don’t reflect my current experience. Today, Rapaport is a positive, professional place to work, with meaningful impact across the industry, strong standards, and a clear mission. I feel supported, engaged, and proud to contribute.
Cons
I don't think there are major cons to work here. If any, it has to do with the current situation of the diamonds industry in terms of synthetics diamonds disruption and Tariff by U.S. government that has a negative impact.
