Pros
You will have a bunch of interns doing the job for you. Literally... like 6 new intern (unpaid) every 2-3 months doing the client work for you... impressive, I know. You get to visit their locations in the USA. (LOL, not true. There is no US office) Clients get the worst work you'll ever see and they charge up the bum for it.
Cons
It's not a real agency. There is no collab work, no meetings, no talks, no brainstorm sessions, you work alone. They tell you what to do. You won't learn a thing. I can't believe companies actually pay them for work interns pretty much do. They're cheap and love to cut corners. They're an "Agency" run by kids that were interns before they got hired. They all have the "I know everything" attitude. (Even though they were all interns)
