Ranir is heavily involved in community service Ranir offers paid time off and encourage employees to volunteer for community service. Human resources department is very proactive and stand ready to help or answer any question one might have,and make sure work conditions are the best for every one. Highest level of management from CEO to CFO and managers have open door policy.
