Pros

Competitive pay and benefits, but that's all. There are some nice people at the company who are welcoming. They somewhat have a unique product even though they have a couple competitors. Many modules that are vendor specific are available, yet they do tend to be cookie cutter modules that are pushed out very quickly.

Cons

Very high pressure for sales right away. Since it's cyber training it's very low on the need list of companies to buy when compared to other security software that truly protect their companies. Not really on their want list either.

Pros

-Fully-remote work environment -360° support and a truly collaborative (remote) work environment -Empathetic leaders -Competitive pay -Defined job duties/tasks -Flexible working hours (as long as you get your job done, and done well, your working hours are quite flexible. RangeForce allows you to work when it's best for you. -It's an exciting field we're in, and we're on the forefront of it, as leaders in the industry. The knowledge and excitement around this are almost palpable, and every person pulls their weight to do their best, together. I'm a millennial, and I've struggled in some, prior workplaces because of outdated/bureaucratic policies and systems which just didn't make sense. At RangeForce, I feel, and know, my opinion is valued and if I make recommendations or take the opportunity to discuss change/process improvement, it will be viewed openly and with respect. I don't know how I got so lucky to work here, but I am so thankful I do- there is nowhere else I'd rather be and nowhere else that has treated me so well.

Cons

-Because we're a fully remote company, our team members are scattered around the globe- being able to hire the best people wherever they may be is a positive, for sure, but it sometimes means accommodating early meetings from other time-zones. Let’s be real, if an early morning is my biggest problem, I think we’re doing pretty well, right?
