Pros
Zero pros aside from the fact that they manage to take minimal taxes out of your paycheck. Still doesn't even come close to making it worth it.
Cons
Management is a bunch of liars. The job is described as a recruiter/business development role, which it is to an extent but goals are nowhere near accomplishable. In an office of 5, if you don't drink the kool-aid or buy into the "Randstad way", they'll find a way to make your live miserable. It's a sin to take a 30 minute lunch. Awful, awful work environment. Toxic would be the word.
