Pros

-Job opportunity right out of college. -You run your own desk. What you put in is what you will get out. I know a lot of people complain about the long hours and hard work, but if you have no real previous work experience and you want to do well, the long hours and hard work should be an automatic factor to learn the skill. - Under good management, this company is a fun place to work with an understanding of working hard and playing hard too.

Cons

- Easy to burn out if you are not careful about work/life balance. - Very competitive environment but gives opportunity for recruiters to figure out what their competitive advantage is (how they will be different out from the rest). - When this company sells during the initial interview: "there are lots of opportunity with this company", then that usually means opportunity to make a lot of money verses opportunity to move up in the company. Not to say that there aren't options for growth, but Randstad tends to only create jobs out of need so there isn't a direct ladder that you can climb. That could be a good or bad thing (flexible company but you might stuck for awhile depending on what is going on).
