Pros
They are pleasant when I need to talk with them, otherwise I don't see them. I work for a client and I work at home. In fact, I have never met them face to face because I work remotely
Cons
The person who does timesheets isn't too bright. She doesn't update things like when your contract gets renewed. Pain in the 'you know where'
