Pros
Some of the people within are pleasant. The office is fairly pleasant. They are moving to better digs soon.
Cons
Most (but not all) new employees are treated as temporary until further notice. This could go on for years. And you can be released for no better reason than "you are not a good fit". And all this after enduring a battery of unnecessary tests of various kinds of "knowledge" that aren't even job requirements.
