Pros

In a sales environment you are bound to have some great coworkers. They have agreements with a lot of companies.

Cons

- IMO Usually before the holidays Randstad Technologies increases the burden on you last minute. In my opinion this is a MONEY GRAB from current employees. X% off all of your current and future earnings. - IMO Randstad does not allow company sponsored holiday parties. You may have a pot luck in the kitchen. - My opinion is Randstad very much limits tools to use for searching. - My opinion is Randstad very rarely does any cost of living increase but will take from you to cover their increasing cost of doing business. - in my opinion the max referral bonus we can offer candidates is laughably low. Many candidates do actually at laugh it. It scales down to even more laughable. - There is a new “RANDSTAD with heart” campaign this year that allows employees to donate to charity. That’s great but IMO Randstad doesn’t match ANY of your donation. So in my opinion it’s really it’s employees with heart. - IMO Back office employees are stretched very thin. Office admins that play a critical role have too much work on their plate with no incentive to do more. IMO Employees find themselves tasked with clerical work they would not usually be asked to complete. IMO This will keep you behind on normal tasks. - IMO terrible healthcare and retirement benefits - IMO a lot of management giving advice but none of them have worked in today’s staffing climate.

Cons

Work-life balance can vary depending on client demands and busy periods. Large organization can sometimes make decision-making feel slow. Advancement opportunities may depend on location and business needs.
