-My office had 100% turnover within my time there
-HUGE lack of training - even the new training program isn't enough
-Internal politics were an issue
-Salary expectation was set way higher than what I was offered and had to counter back up to what they told me they paid.
-Expectation was set that there would be a ton of business to work on - in reality many recruiters would go a few days - a week without something to work on when our jobs were "covered"
-A lot of the business is VMS focused and treated like it's good business when they are unable to have contact with managers or even get feedback
-Account Managers have never recruited and don't know how to manage candidates or set expectations with clients (from the lack of training)
-Leadership wouldn't address any concerns (sometimes because they weren't getting the information also)
-The office leadership would throw employees under the bus to save face with the business
-Spread splits - half of the spread goes to the Recruiter and half goes to the AM - this is not market standard anymore.
-Back office made mistakes weekly - I had consultants who had submitted their time correctly and still had payroll and benefits issues solely because of a Randstad mistake
