Pros
There are some cool people (not upper management), the hours aren't bad, they match some of 401K, and there are travel opportunities.
Cons
Everyone in this place is miserable. I've never seen an upper management behave so inappropriate and crazy, and it's just okay. They gossip about their employees, degrade people, and one even sawed her desk in half in the middle of a work day! These fake reviews that they put up about Randa being "A great place" is all from upper management who would rather lie than take a look at themselves. It's pathetic. There is no diversity at all. You can literally count on one hand the non-white people. This is New York.... there is something wrong here.
