      Specific group is very pathetic and got polluted in last 2-3 years with no long term vision from market value of execution of projects

      Pros

      Great company, very flexible with personal time, a lot of great people, and exciting new technology

      Cons

      Hard first year with limited to no training, they do things differently and lack automation, it makes coming up to speed hard. Unequal work loads, some people do a lot and are very busy, others don’t seem to take on too much.
