      Pros

      3 years coming up in September. I have to say hands down best boss ever. Management does value your ideas and time. I felt I have grown as an individual at this company and this isn't some bs review I genuinely am very very happy here.

      Cons

      We are a little behind the times with the way we do some things but we have made strides in resolving these recently for 2024.
