Pros

- I love love love the people I worked with, they are super nice and hardworking. - Flexible hour - It was a huge learning curved, I learned a lot

Cons

Background story: I applied for the Product Designer position, got rejected but I offered to work for free as an intern. - There was no guidance whatsoever: They said I will be working with the CEO for the UX Designer job but, he is wearing too many hats and trying to do too many things at once. - They are not willing to invest: I been in the company for about a month and they want to do everything in-house to cut cost, but you need to spend money to make money. Also the current team is about half are interns. - Only want to do it his way: When I worked here I feel like I'm more like a tool rather than a person, they hired me to do what they want rather than what the user wants. - You are replaceable: They went through several designers before I, since they can always find another person to replace you. - Intern trap

Pros

The company provided me with an environment that was both challenging and supportive, allowing me to gain a vast amount of knowledge and skills. One of the highlights of the internship was the opportunity to work with experienced software developers who shared their knowledge and provided constructive feedback. I learned so much from them and was able to apply those lessons to my own projects. My manager and colleagues were always available to answer questions and provide support. This made the internship feel like a real learning experience and not just a stepping stone.

Cons

Need to manage your time well to handle all the work
