      Shocked at how they handled Layoffs, looks like the culture was all BS - Anonymous employee Raken Employee Review

      Pros

      I really enjoyed my manager and everyone I worked with on day to day basis.

      Cons

      The majority of the company was laid off on a muted conference call. It took about 5 minutes, no ability to ask questions or remark. So cowardly. Our contact was a new HR person who I’ve never met before. Guess the Raken tribe is BS, I felt pretty disrespected.

      1. Competitive Salary 2. Incredible PTO flexibility (unlimited) - ZERO PTO requests denied 3. Amazing leaders who listen, support and push you to be your best

      1. No 4 day work weeks, but we do have summer hours (half day on Fridays) over the summer!

      Pros

      Start up company that is quickly growing. There are lots of opportunities for career growth. Raken has an amazing culture with great employees. Tuesdays and occasionally Thursdays there are free lunches. There is an amazing benefits plan, and 401k match. There are also many company events.
