Pros
Competitive pay and incentives, paid holidays off, room for advancements (in their new markets), higher ups respond to feedback well. If you are in a more mature market it can be a really fantastic place to work because there is more pride in the culture, standards are second nature to the crew members, and the business unit team are tenured. In the newer markets you can advance quickly if you put in the work.
Cons
This will really be determined by your market. In the older markets there is slower advancement because the leaders have been with the company for a long time, but the systems are better honed and the culture is better. In newer markets it's easier to advance (or to be hired as an external) but that can also mean working along side with people who were not completely ready for promotion, people who are still being developed, people who were bad hires, etc. Hours can be very long, standards can be difficult to reach quickly, goals are not always "S.M.A.R.T." from upper management, there can be an element of politics when asking for support.
