      Fun environment Fast paced Feels like you're cared for by top leaders Growing company Strict standards

      Cons

      For Leaders, some might consider non-complacency a con. You are always in competition with your best. You had the best month of (Sales, labor, budgeting, reviews, waste, pick any KPI) but now you have to do better.

      Pros

      Friendly co workers and supportive team in general. Lots of free merch,+1 dollar per hour past 10pm

      Cons

      No breaks or shift meals, asked you to stay late every shift and got offered Amazon gift cards as extra compensation for various favors like covering late night shifts at another location or coming in early or staying late to deep clean the store, and I never received an Amazon gift card nor did any co worker who was made the same offer.
