I was worked in almost 6 years 10 months I realize and learned some things about this company 1. Equality for all higher level to lower level 2. Creating friendly atmosphere 3. Rules and regulations are common for all employees. 4. Give priority for health and Safety
Cons
Less appreciation, getting work from employees but there’s no appreciation or awards for the worker I feel they could do better. Even lower category employees can’t show their potential.
