I work hard and feel my work is valued. Leadership is level-headed.

You need to have good work ethic or you will not do well here. Not really a con, but I enjoy hard work.

It is hard to remember any. Although many people were nice my managers were nice until they were summarily dismissed.

The environment is without support. Rather than spend time to train and improve staff, they are more likely to cut staff off at the knees. A terrible place a terrible environment.
