We appreciate your feedback, especially since your pros list massively exceed your cons list. We are happy to see that you had learned how to become good at sales as well as account managing. Since we are a sales and marketing company, your compensation is based on exactly that: what you sell, and making sure your products get installed. Again, thank you for taking the time to review our company.

Pros

There's so much opportunity to grow in the company, they only promote from within so it gave me a chance to move up, it doesn't matter on any previous experience because they're main goal is to help you on gaining your own skill sets and developing yourself.

Cons

Getting out of my comfort zone, it may be difficult because moving into management means more responsibility but in the end I know these are skill sets that will help me further my career.
