We apologize if you felt limited and unheard. Ragan employees’ well-being is a top priority, and we take your concerns seriously.
Here are steps we’re taking to address these issues:
1. Work-Life Balance: We’re actively working with the Ragan Culture Committee to ensure voices are heard and create a healthier work-life balance for all Raganites. Our goal is to create an environment where everyone feels supported and valued.
2. Employee Development: We support our people. We’re committed to Ragan members success, growth, and development and make it a priority to invest in the people that make Ragan so great! Trainings, in-person retreats, bi-annual employee pulse survey’s, annual Employee Development Plans, and regular check-ins with managers, leadership, and/or HR are some of the efforts we’ve made but always looking to improve and encourage new ideas.
3. Leadership Communication: Ragan welcomes open communication between leadership and employees. Ragan employees are invited to join Executive Committee Meetings at any time or contact HR for a 1:1. Transparency is crucial, and we’re committed to addressing any gaps.
