That said, we recognize there’s always room for improvement. Most recently, we have engaged with a compensation consultant, developed a new compensation philosophy, developed an additional career track for consultants, reviewed market data specifically for our data services team, and adjusted salaries effective the first of January. Exe leadership is solid. Benefits and pay are great. Flexible PTO. Company retreats.

Cons

Individual practice leadership varies. I often feel that my immediate managers are struggling to fit into the company and are often too busy to provide me any support.
