No Policies followed , HR is spinless no policies in favor employees. Suddenly policies change for individuals negatively and employee is forced to sign documents ; just because if you are unable to do an ego massage of the one individual leader. No Communication is done on mail, to avoid keeping trace all communication on the phone , be ready to hear a directive on oneday & another the other day. Not an organsiation for experienced professional , employees only at the mercy of one individual and will hear petty issues you need to pickup the phone from them in one ring. Another issue is close circle 2-3 emplyees within the org whether you perform or not result is the same your credit will be passed on to the close circle employees ; no matter how long you work with the organization..
