      Pros

      Great learning experience, you will see a wide range of IT related issues. If you are willing to learn they will try to teach you. The bosses and managers are very nice and open. Flexible with family issues and letting you work from home in emergency situations.

      Cons

      Its hard to move up. Since its a small company the positions to move up are filled so there is nowhere for you to go.

      Pros

      The people, the management really wanted to hire people who were a good culture fit and I enjoyed working with all my former co-workers. Flexible hours and open communication with the two CEOs was also a big plus. Great work life balance with work from home abilities and company outings and events.

      Cons

      They never really found a way to grow the web side of the company and the work wasn't very diverse because of it.
