      Wears you down same things occur constantly supervisors and higher make all the money subordinates treated terrible high turnover rate

      Hybrid work. Great people, No drama. OT around month end is not crazy. Good work/life balance.

      Cons

      Recently acquired by Toyota Tsusho so some layoffs and turnover are inevitable. Feeling cautiously optimistic but the transition is still playing out.
