Pros

Radio Flyer is a great place to work for self-motivated, creative individuals. The company places a great focus on growing its employees by encouraging them to pave their career path and providing the resources needed to experiment. The company culture is predicated on a "work hard, play hard mentality". Flyers are encouraged to embrace their inner child to stimulate creativeness and innovation. The work environment is friendly, close-knit, and collaborative. Everyone is encouraged to embrace their differences, to bring something unique to the table.

Cons

Workloads are often heavy, which makes it difficult to maintain a work/ life balance during peak seasons. A lot of responsibility is put on the individual. This wouldn't be an issue, but tight and overlapping deadlines make it difficult to meet these expectations in a 40hr work week. While the benefits are great, the financial compensation seems a bit inadequate for the amount of work being done. Despite the company's focus on growing their employees, it can be pretty difficult to get promoted, or climb the ladder so-to-speak, especially in roles with no clear upward trajectory.
