poor management & hostile environment - Lab Technician Radical Cosmetics Employee Review

the management was horrible and I overheard the owner say terrible, terrible things about his employees. calling them lazy and disposable. I watched someone get kicked out after giving a two-week notice and instead of feeling bad for that person, everyone in the office was giggling. people who don't speak much english get paid especially poorly. I found out most of them were being paid minimum wage and they are working difficult jobs, standing for long periods of time in very hot areas. extremely unfair
