Pros
Benefits (medical, dental & vision) are okay, frequent employee barbecues, annual employee luncheon, annual holiday party, family-friendly atmosphere and weekday work schedule (Mon-Fri) for most of the time. For employee engagement, management does ask staff (Through surveys, one-on-one meetings or open door policy) yearly for employee input. Great to work here if you all are looking for a secure full-time job or are okay settling for a minimum level entry position.
Cons
Strong nepotism, starting salaries are on the low average for similar jobs nearby, only certain departments get overtime, strong nepotism, and for the sales staff there are very few chances to travel for work. It is a small company (avg. 50 employees) so no room for growth if you’re looking for advancement internally unless you all are related to upper management.
