Pros
The staff and most of the Leadership are terrific people who want what's best for the customers and the internal teams. It was a great place to work when I started there.
Cons
After a few years with some large hurdles, the culture changed drastically. Staff are treated like their inferior and unintelligent; and when certain members of Leadership think it's safe, they make some very negative and degrading comments about employees before laughing off the remarks. Strategic planning only goes as far as presenting the plan. A few weeks later, the plan is either non-existent or has drastically changed. Nothing is communicated to the teams--even from within a team itself. Everything is a fire all the time, which happens because there is no accountability for the actions of those on the Leadership team who started the fire or found ways to throw gasoline onto a manageable issue.
