You can work remotely, the president of the company Greg Myers is an awesome person to work for. He understands that life happens and as long as you are doing your job he is willing to work with you. Your opinions are valued and it's easy to talk to the president and other managers. I have worked in many places and I honestly can say that Radiant Technology cares about their employees and the president is truly an amazing person to work for as he knows it takes everyone to make a company succeed.

Paid holidays and work vehicle (sometimes)

Leadership doesnt practice what they preech with "core values". If you challenge leadership you will be ostracized by all leadership and never recover. Toxic worker/management relations across the board. stay away from this company. Greg Myers (CEO) is all about his money and could care less about the people that make him that money.
