Pros
Most everyone I work with and communicate with daily are here to help and have my back. I get to work on a diverse variety of projects and initiatives that makes every day different and challenging. The team I am accountable to are committed to doing their very best, and it is probably the best team environment I've ever been a part of professionally. I've seen a lot of good hires come on board over the past few years, and a lot of lower performers or habitual complainers leave, and the culture here continues to get better. Even during a particularly stressful or challenging day, there are people here to pick me up and inspire me to do better.
Cons
There are issues with communication in some segments. Customers can often be demanding and sometimes unreasonable, and this causes pressure and difficult challenges to overcome internally to meet customer expectations. I've worked for a lot of different companies in this industry and it really isn't any different here with respect to the issues and challenges internally and externally. There has been a lot of change over the past few years although I am encouraged by the willingness to adapt and evolve both by the company and my peers. Change is frustrating to some, but there seems to be a good amount of people committed to it. I never get the sense that we are forced to do things simply because "this is how we've always done it."
