Jon Coontz, These are very serious allegations you have posted. We think it's important to address them.
1. Installation Technicians are required to travel to customer sites as part of their job duties. Sometimes this takes them beyond a 50-miles radius of a Radiant location.
2. Radiant changed insurance providers to offer more options to associates. Associates receive generous time off. The company has a peer-based rewards program. And more!
3. Radiant is always seeking talented technicians who embrace our Core Values. We did not lay-off installation technicians in 2018.
4. We investigated your claims and found them to be unsubstantiated. Radiant Technology expressly prohibits any form of unlawful employee harassment based on race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, age, genetic information, disability or veteran status.
