It is refreshing to work alongside talented coworkers who are focused on solving hard problems and moving quickly. The facilities are excellent, the onboarding process is well organized, and there is a strong investment in making employees feel welcomed and set up for success. The perks, company swag, and overall employee experience are first class. Most importantly, the mission is exciting and meaningful. There is a real sense that the work matters and that the company has the potential to make a significant impact. The outlook for the future is very promising, and it is an exciting time to be part of the team. As with any rapidly growing startup, priorities can shift quickly and there is a lot happening at once. Employees who prefer highly structured environments may need time to adapt to the pace and constant evolution that comes with building something new.

The culture of favoritism is pervasive and demoralizing. It’s hard to stay motivated when relationships seem to matter more than results. The COO carries an intimidating, unapproachable presence that trickles down and affects the team dynamic as a whole. The recruiting team also struggles to handle setbacks constructively — when things don’t go as planned, the attitude shifts in ways that affect morale and collaboration. What’s most concerning is the lack of transparency. Negative reviews appear to be removed rather than addressed, suggesting that feedback isn’t truly welcome here. No work-life balance, and the parking situation is the worst.
