Pros

It can be rewarding helping customers and offering good will gestures (gwg). The staff are lovely, you depend on floorwalkers for most things such as advise and passwords and they're very supportive.

Cons

Different training groups are sometimes told different things so there can often be a conflict of knowledge which can screw you over when dealing with customers. If a customer has rang up previously you often depend on other agents to give the right information which isn't always the case.
