Pros
-4 weeks of paid time off -Every three months you get call out hours you can use -coworkers are great -can advance easily -work from home opportunity -can get undertime (go home early) -holiday pay plus time and a half that day -health insurance is decent -401k match
Cons
-pay, plus the raises are about 30 cents a year -supervisors, team leads, and teir 2 make 10% differential. -constant change with the clients you take. -have to take breaks when they schedule and that’s only time you can use the restroom. -you do work in other departments with no extra pay. -management will jerk you back and forth in positions and not keep you up to date. -shift bid at the beginning of every year now, and your stuck with the schedule you get no matter your other obligations. -mandatory extra time from summer to the end of the year can vary from 2 to 12 hours more per week - only holiday off is Christmas otherwise you get to put in if you want off but not guaranteed. -weekends are short staffed
