Pros
Once hired you get benefits almost immediately. After 3 months you get your full benefits. I had about 2+ weeks of paid vacation plus more PTO on the side. Your work is noticed. They have a system where your production is calculated and they give yearly raises based off of that work summary which I think is fair. So hard work does pay off. I personally think the starting wage for forklift operators is a little low. My warehouse manager was very sweet. The shifts are nice. You get a 30 minute break and 2 free 15 minute breaks. They also held company events almost every month for employees which is a big plus.
Cons
Rarely any overtime and if there is any offered it only lasts as long as the launch does. Then they'll have a slow down time where work will be scarce & it'll be hard to accumulate your 40 hours. The coworkers I worked with are...a handful. Coworkers I didn't even have to speak to throughout the day had problems with me. They'll watch your every move and try and set you up to fail if they know you're young and hard working because I guess it makes them job scared. Management is immature at times with confidential information.
