Pros

The work environment at Rabinovici & Associates was genuinely good. Colleagues were incredibly kind and collaborative, always willing to help each other. I experienced and witnessed many instances where the company demonstrated a strong human touch, listening to individual situations, and accommodating personal needs. There was a lot of humanity and genuine care within the team. Strategically, the CEO possessed a clear vision for the company's direction and dedicated himself to surrounding himself with great mentors and wise counsel. He was truly a remarkable entrepreneur. For a marketing agency, it wasn't as exploitative as others in the industry, and salaries were comparatively very good, offering competitive compensation for the industry.

Cons

My direct manager was exceptionally exploitative and widely known for mistreating all team members. There was even a strong rumor she faced a labor lawsuit, and surprisingly, the complainant was dismissed, not her. While my experience initially started well, a change in her own boss revealed her vulnerability and fear. Unable to appear weak, she transferred all that pressure onto her team, becoming incredibly exploitative in every sense. She insisted that official work hours were only for meetings, with execution expected outside of those hours. Micromanagement was extreme; she demanded to review every single email, and nothing could be sent without her prior approval. Daily activity reports were mandatory, and any proposal was deemed wrong. When errors occurred, she was the first to point fingers and completely wash her hands, blaming the individual and actively seeking disciplinary action against them. She also had a tendency to pit her own team members against each other, actively fostering animosity and unhealthy competition within the group. She would write outside of working hours, and if one didn't respond, she'd immediately contact HR, claiming she couldn't locate staff. During HR meetings, employees were always demanded to respond regardless of the hour, even if it was just to confirm they would reply during official work hours. The situation became so unbearable that our only communication channel with her became a group chat that included HR, yet she continued demanding off-hours responses and work, and exhibiting abusive behavior. I repeatedly escalated my concerns to HR, but they were consistently ignored. I eventually left the company after formally requesting to initiate a harassment case with full, documented proof. Unsurprisingly, they then offered to negotiate a mutual separation agreement. She is still an employee, but I received compensation to leave on good terms. This entire situation significantly stains everything positive about RAB2B. Furthermore, evident favoritism was present all around the company, particularly between the Florida and Colombia offices. Colombian employees rarely had opportunities for career growth, despite the owners themselves being Colombian. HR was very limited, lacking the necessary tools to truly protect employees and appearing to operate with cronyism to protect friends rather than safeguard staff.

Pros

My opinion of this agency will clearly be biased because I love the people and the culture, there is something very special and unique about it. I've been here for more than 15 years and have seen plenty of changes throughout. Here are some things that keep me going: - Fantastic work/life balance enabled by a great team that "got your back" - Amazing opportunities to learn new things daily and new initiatives and contributions are greatly valued and appreciated - Remote work, flexibility in work hours, and a long list of benefits - Challenging work (yes, that's a pro) - there are many big enterprise clients (and some mid-level ones) that push us to constantly find new marketing and advertising solutions. This also means that you need to be on your A-game to keep up. I find it relevant to my job that requires me to always be on the cutting-edge of marketing strategy. - Smart and caring leadership and coworkers

Cons

- It can be challenging to figure out who does what unless you've worked here for a while - Budgets can get in a way of creativity - Travel and workload can get overwhelming at times

Pros

Remote work environment is all.

Cons

Extremely poor management and business practices. Spent a month of my time in communication with HR and interviewing for a full-time role. The scope and details of the role changed several times in the course of my interview process (from what I had originally applied to) - should have been my first red flag. I accepted the contract offer (not what I applied to originally) and was led to believe it would turn into a full-time role very shortly. I even used my savings to make this opportunity work, so I could give it my all and pay my rent. My supervisors ignored me and then told me at literally the last minute of my contract that they can’t extend due to “tariffs” (this I don’t believe, it doesn’t even make sense for the company or my role, and their explanation sounded suspicious and made up)… anyways I never felt so used and screwed over by a company before. It was a waste of my time and resources. I took the opportunity seriously and they did not treat me with respect or professionalism. I was also paid through money wiring from overseas, and was charged a decent fee every time I was paid which was strange and annoying.
