Pros

RXO is a great place to work, with a strong company culture that values its employees and promotes from within. The leadership team genuinely encourages professional growth, offering multiple internal programs to help employees define and achieve their career goals. The work environment is supportive, and there are plenty of opportunities to advance for those willing to put in the effort. If you're looking for a company that invests in its people and fosters career development, RXO is an excellent choice!

Cons

There really aren’t many cons to working at RXO. However, for employees who work offsite, it takes extra effort to stay engaged in company culture and participate in activities. Staying proactive in communication and involvement is key to feeling connected.

Pros

Great onboarding experience with a supportive team. Leadership has been accessible, training has been well organized, and everyone has been willing to answer questions and help me learn. The culture has been welcoming and collaborative.

Cons

Still new to the organization, so I have not identified any significant concerns at this time.

Pros

Many opportunities to learn from some very bright coworkers. All the lateral moves your heart desires.

Cons

Employee retention is an issue. The practice of laying off good workers to either replace them with cheaper, incompetent workers and/or put a heavier workload on your exceptional employees will inevitably cause turnover and impact the customer’s experience. Upper management’s expectations do not align with what is actually feasible.
