I’ve had the pleasure of working at RXO for just about 7 years, It has truly been a rewarding experience. The leadership team is exceptionally supportive and fosters an inclusive and collaborative work environment. They genuinely care about employee well-being and professional growth, There are multiple avenues for someone to grow their career once getting in the door. They love to promote within, which speaks volumes!
Cons
Job is heavily commission based, which can be a blessing and a curse. There are no annual raises either.

Low moral. Organization at the top only cares about bottom line and not investing in or keeping talent. You'll run into RIFs annually and sometimes multiple times a year under the disguise of "restructuring" when it really comes down to making their budget #s,
