      I got paid on time

      Cons

      Nothing ever worked the system needs updates consistently. The physicians were never heard. Because there was something always wrong with the system the constant complaints are too much for any person working at the company.

      I was REACHED OUT TO TWICE last year regarding employment for this company. I went through two interviews, both of which I did not get the job. Then a month or so ago I was reached out too AGAIN, went through the two weeks of training then let go. Due to “too much noise in the background” and I “made too many mistakes”. When asked for examples, I was not given adequate answers. I put my son in daycare, so no one was home all day. And for the “too many mistakes, I was in TRAINING and not being made aware of the mistakes as they were being made. Can’t fix something I don’t know about. Also didn’t seem like the girl training me cared enough to try. Jessica Wagner “promotes” a “work/life balance”, that’s a BIG crock of crap. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. To work for or to use. They do not treat their clients and customers nicely and respectfully.

The substance of the review is unkind. Generally, RXNT has a lot of happy, satisfied teams and employees and while we regret that this former employee had a less-than-stellar experience, it is not reflective of our broader culture and work experience. While it may not have been realized by this former employee, RXNT absolutely emphasizes work/life balance, offering benefits such as remote work, flexible schedules, generous PTO, floating holidays, and more.
