Lots of interesting work and projects that come in regularly. The leadership is really transparent and communicative. The salary is really good for the market and they really let you make your role your own based on your interests.
Cons
At times the workload can be a lot and you will have lots of priorities to try to balance. I think this was due to the nature of consulting. Post acquisition I think it lost some of the nice workplace flexibility that a start up can offer but overall still very flexible.
